Search strategies and staying up to date for your literature review
This workshop offers a detailed approach to planning and carrying out effective searches within Library Search and specialist databases, enabling you to maximise your research time. You will have the opportunities to apply techniques learnt within your own field of interest and also to reflect on the range of literature sources available to you. You will explore tools for staying up to date with research on your topic and developing your research profile to enable you to connect with others who share similar research interests.
This session will be via Blackboard Collaborate and you will be sent a guest link to join nearer the time.
These sessions are organised through the University Library’s Skills Development team and are open to PGR students. To book a place go to the library calendar.
