This session is mandatory for: all postgraduate research students in their first year of study. It is primarily aimed at students joining us in our March 2024 intake.

However, students who have started their course from December 2023 onwards are also welcome to join the session if they wish.

The session will provide an overview of what resources and support is available to postgraduate students  - as well as what expectations the University will have of them.

Aims and Objectives

• Learn about policies and procedures
• Meet staff and other new students
• Hear from the University Library and the Student's Union
